Job Summary
Flurys is hiring F&B Service Executives (Steward/Waiter). We are looking for customer-focused hospitality professionals with 1–5 years of experience or Freshers in restaurant, café, hotel, or QSR service. Candidates should be passionate about guest service, food presentation, and maintaining Flurys’ premium service standards.

Experience: 1–5 years in F&B service (Restaurant / Café / Hotel / QSR)

Education: Minimum 10+2 (Hotel Management preferred but not mandatory)

Key Responsibilities
Welcome guests warmly and ensure excellent dining experience
Take food & beverage orders accurately and serve promptly
Maintain service quality as per Flurys SOP and brand standards
Ensure cleanliness of dining area, tables, service stations & pantry
Handle guest queries and complaints professionally
Coordinate with kitchen and cashier for smooth service operations
Follow hygiene, grooming, and food safety standards
Assist in opening/closing duties and shift operations
Upsell menu items and promotions when required
