Job Summary

We are hiring enthusiastic and service-oriented Food Servers (Male & Female) for our Italian and pizza-focused restaurant. The role involves delivering excellent table service, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining high service standards. The ideal candidate should be polite, well-groomed, and fluent in Hindi, English, and Gujarati to communicate effectively with diverse guests.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Service & Order Taking

• Greet guests warmly and assist with seating

• Present menus and explain Italian dishes, pizzas, and beverages

• Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system

• Serve food and drinks promptly and courteously

Menu Knowledge & Upselling

• Possess good knowledge of the Italian menu, pizza varieties, toppings, and add-ons

• Suggestive sell pizzas, sides, beverages, and desserts

• Inform guests about daily specials and ongoing offers

Service Standards & Cleanliness

• Ensure tables are clean, properly set, and presentable at all times

• Follow restaurant SOPs for service sequence and table clearing

• Maintain cleanliness of service areas and dining space

• Follow hygiene and food safety standards (FSSAI norms)

Guest Handling & Coordination

• Handle guest queries and minor complaints professionally and escalate when required

• Coordinate with kitchen and pizza station for smooth service

• Ensure correct order delivery and guest satisfaction

Billing & Closing Duties

• Assist guests with billing and payment process

• Ensure proper handover at shift end

• Support opening and closing duties as assigned

Skills & Requirements

• Prior experience as a food server preferred (freshers may apply)

• Fluency in Hindi, English, and Gujarati is mandatory

• Basic knowledge of Italian cuisine and pizza service is an advantage

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Polite, energetic, and customer-focused attitude

• Ability to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays

Education

• Minimum: 10th / 12th pass

• Diploma or certification in hospitality is a plus
