Job Summary

We are looking for a courteous, energetic, and customer-focused waiter/steward to join our restaurant team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, ensure guest satisfaction, and maintain high standards of cleanliness and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.

• Present menus and explain food and beverage items.

• Take accurate food and beverage orders.

• Serve food and drinks promptly according to company standards.

• Ensure guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience.

• Handle guest requests and resolve basic concerns professionally.

• Clear and reset tables after guests leave.

• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area and service stations.

• Coordinate with the kitchen and cashier to ensure smooth service.

• Follow hygiene, food safety, and grooming standards.

• Assist in opening and closing restaurant duties.

• Upsell menu items and promote ongoing offers where applicable.

Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience as a waiter/steward (freshers with good communication can also apply).

• Basic communication skills in Hindi; English is an added advantage.

• Customer-oriented with a positive attitude.

• Ability to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.

• Physically fit and able to stand for long hours.

• Team player with a willingness to learn.

Preferred Skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic knowledge of restaurant service etiquette.

• Ability to handle customer complaints professionally.

• Quick learner with good time management.

• Neat grooming and professional appearance.

Qualifications

• Minimum: 10th Grade Pass.

• Hotel management certification is an added advantage.
