Job Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers in a polite and professional manner.

• Take customer orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen.

• Serve food and beverages as per company standards.

• Ensure tables are clean, properly arranged, and ready for customers.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the restaurant and service area.

• Assist customers with menu-related queries and provide good service.

• Coordinate with the kitchen and other team members for smooth operations.

• Clear and reset tables promptly after customers leave.

• Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards.

• Handle customer requests and complaints politely and escalate them to the supervisor when required.

• Support the team in daily restaurant operations as assigned by the supervisor.

• Follow all company policies, procedures, and operational guidelines.
