Maintain cleanliness of tables, chairs, and service areas.
Set up tables with cutlery, glasses, and napkins before service.
Clear tables after customers leave and reset for the next guests.
Kitchen & Service Support
Assist chefs and baristas with food preparation and delivery.
Ensure proper handling of crockery, cutlery, and glassware.
Restock supplies and support inventory management.
Hygiene & Safety
Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
Dispose of waste properly and maintain cleanliness in kitchen and dining areas.
Adhere to café/restaurant safety protocols.
Customer Service Skills → Polite, attentive, and service‑oriented.
Teamwork → Ability to coordinate with kitchen, barista, and service staff.
Attention to Detail → Ensuring tables and service areas are always neat.
Time Management → Handling multiple tasks during peak hours.
Basic Communication → Conversational Hindi/English for customer interaction.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Prior café/restaurant experience preferred .
Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends.
