Job Summary

We’re looking for Stewards to join our team to prove excellent guest service, helping guests with food and drink recommendations, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience for all guests.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests warmly and present menus.

Take food and beverage orders accurately and promptly.

Check on guests during service to ensure satisfaction.

Clear tables and reset them for the next guests.

Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area.

Handle billing and payment processes accurately.

Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff for smooth service.

Follow all hygiene and safety guidelines.

Requirements:

Previous experience as a server preferred.

Excellent English communication and guest-engagement skills

Positive attitude, polished appearance and attention to detail

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Basic knowledge of food and beverages.

Familiarity with POS and basic computer systems
