Location: Kalyan, Mumbai

Position Type: Full-Time (6 Days Working)

Shift Pattern: Rotational Shifts & Rotational Offs

Role Objective

We are looking for professional and hospitable Stewards to join our team in Kalyan. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests by maintaining high service standards, following established SOPs, and communicating effectively within a structured team hierarchy.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Service: Greet guests warmly, take accurate food and beverage orders, and serve items promptly and professionally.

Standard Operations: Adhere strictly to the establishment’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) regarding table settings, service etiquette, and hygiene.

Team Coordination: Work effectively within the kitchen and service hierarchy to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery of orders.

Maintenance: Ensure the dining area is clean, organized, and properly stocked at all times.

Professionalism: Maintain a well-groomed appearance and a polite, helpful demeanor throughout the shift.

Requirements

Experience: Minimum of 1 to 1.5 years of experience working as a Steward in a reputable restaurant or hotel.

Skills: Strong knowledge of food and beverage service techniques.

Communication: Good verbal communication skills and a hospitable attitude.

Adaptability: Ability to handle rotational shifts and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
