Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a friendly and professional attitude.

• Take food and beverage orders accurately.

• Explain menu items and provide recommendations.

• Serve food and beverages promptly.

• Ensure tables and service areas remain clean and organized.

• Handle guest requests and resolve concerns courteously.

• Coordinate with the kitchen and bar teams for smooth service.

• Follow hygiene and food safety standards at all times.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Positive attitude with a guest-first mindset.

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Prior restaurant or café experience is preferred but not mandatory.
