We are seeking a courteous and customer-focused Steward/Waiter to provide excellent food and beverage service to guests. The candidate will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and drinks, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist guests in a professional manner
Take food and beverage orders accurately
Serve food and drinks promptly
Set up and clear tables before and after service
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in dining areas
Coordinate with kitchen staff for smooth service
Handle customer requests and resolve basic complaints politely
Ensure proper billing and payment handling if required
Refill water, condiments, and service items
Follow hotel/restaurant safety and hygiene policies
