Main Duties & Responsibilities:
Ensure cleanliness of kitchen, restaurant, and service areas.
Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, cutlery, and kitchen utensils.
Maintain proper storage of cleaned equipment and utensils.
Assist chefs and service staff in basic kitchen support activities.
Dispose of waste and garbage as per hygiene standards.
Keep floors, sinks, and workstations clean at all times.
Ensure dishwashing machines and cleaning equipment are properly used and maintained.
Follow hotel hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards.
Support during banquets, buffets, and events by arranging utensils and clearing used items.
Report any breakage, damage, or maintenance issues to the supervisor.
