We are looking for a courteous and hardworking Steward to assist in providing excellent food and beverage service to guests. The steward will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness, supporting service staff, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience.
Greet guests politely and assist them as required
Set up tables, chairs, and service areas before opening
Serve food and beverages as per standards
Clear tables and maintain cleanliness in dining areas
Assist kitchen and service staff during peak hours
Ensure proper handling and storage of cutlery, crockery, and glassware
Follow hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards
Refill water, condiments, and other service items
Report any guest complaints or issues to supervisors
Minimum qualification: 10th pass (preferred)
Previous experience as a steward is an advantage
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Well-groomed and customer-oriented
Ability to stand for long hours and work in shifts
Knowledge of basic hygiene and food safety practices
