Key responsibilities
Cleaning and sanitation: Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in all areas, including kitchens, dining rooms, and bars. This involves tasks like sweeping, mopping, polishing, and washing dishes, pots, and utensils.
Guest and staff support: Assist guests with their needs, answer questions, and provide information, while also helping service staff by stocking stations, preparing tables, and running food or drinks.
Stock and supply management: Monitor inventory levels, unload deliveries, and ensure areas are properly stocked with items like ice, napkins, silverware, and cleaning supplies.
Operational assistance: Help with opening and closing procedures, and assist other kitchen staff with food preparation, such as adding garnishes or preparing simple dishes.
Safety and compliance: Adhere to all safety and sanitation protocols to ensure a safe environment for both guests and employees.
Required skills and qualifications
