Key Responsibilities Cleaning & Sanitation
Wash dishes, glassware, cutlery, pots, and kitchen equipment.
Ensure proper use of dishwashing machines and cleaning chemicals.
Maintain cleanliness of kitchen floors, walls, storage areas, and waste disposal areas.
Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times. Support to Kitchen & Service Team
Assist kitchen staff with basic tasks when required.
Ensure adequate supply of clean utensils during service hours.
Support in setting up and clearing buffet or service areas.
Inventory & Equipment Care
Report breakages or damaged equipment to the supervisor.
Assist in receiving and storing supplies properly.
Ensure proper handling and storage of cleaning tools and chemicals.
Waste Management
Dispose of garbage according to hygiene and safety guidelines.
Maintain cleanliness in garbage disposal and back-of-house areas
