Job Description:
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Team Members and Senior Team Members for our dessert parlour. The role involves taking customer orders, serving desserts and beverages, maintaining hygiene and presentation standards, and ensuring a pleasant guest experience. The candidate should have good communication skills, basic knowledge of food handling, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Senior Team Members will also be responsible for supervising staff, handling customer queries or complaints, managing daily operations, and ensuring service quality. Prior experience in F&B or dessert parlours will be preferred, along with a positive attitude and teamwork skills.
Take customer orders and assist in serving desserts & beverages
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards at all times
Ensure proper display and presentation of products
Handle billing and basic POS operations
Provide friendly and prompt customer service
Support team in daily outlet operations
Supervise and guide team members during shifts
Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints professionally
Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the parlour
Monitor product quality, hygiene, and service standards
Assist in inventory control and stock management
Train new staff and maintain team discipline
Support management in achieving sales and service targets
