Job Description
Mad water Brewery is hiring Stewards to support smooth food and beverage service and maintain a clean and welcoming environment for guests.
Key Responsibilities
· Set up tables before service.
· Welcome guests and assist Captains with table service.
· Serve food and beverages as instructed.
· Clear and reset tables promptly.
· Maintain cleanliness of tables and service areas.
· Assist in carrying food and beverage orders.
· Coordinate with kitchen and floor teams.
· Follow food safety and hygiene procedures.
· Assist during busy periods and events.
· Maintain proper grooming and professional behavior.
Requirements
· 0–3 years of experience in F&B/hospitality.
· Freshers with good communication and a hospitality attitude may be considered.
· Good customer-service skills.
· Physically active and comfortable working on the restaurant floor.
· Willing to work rotational shifts, weekends and holidays.
