Desi Handi is looking for energetic, customer-focused, and well-groomed Service Staff to deliver an exceptional dining experience at our premium dine-in restaurant in Palam, Dwarka, New Delhi.

Job Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests with a warm and friendly attitude.

• Take accurate food and beverage orders and provide menu recommendations.

• Serve food and beverages professionally while ensuring excellent table service.

• Maintain cleanliness and proper table setup throughout the shift.

• Handle guest requests and resolve concerns promptly and courteously.

• Coordinate with the kitchen to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.

• Maintain high standards of hygiene, grooming, and customer service.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in a restaurant, café, or hotel (freshers with a good attitude may also apply).

• Good communication skills and a customer-first approach.

• Well-groomed, polite, and professional.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
