Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-oriented Restaurant Steward to provide excellent guest service and ensure smooth restaurant operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and assist them with seating.

• Present menus and take food and beverage orders.

• Serve food and beverages to customers promptly and accurately.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of tables, dining areas, and service stations.

• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely order delivery.

• Handle customer requests and complaints politely.

• Follow restaurant service standards and food safety guidelines.

• Assist with table setup, clearing, and resetting after service.

• Support the team during busy hours and special events.

Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in restaurant or hospitality service.

• Freshers with a positive attitude and willingness to learn may apply.

• Good communication and customer-service skills.

• Well-groomed, punctual, and presentable.

• Ability to work in shifts and as part of a team.

• Knowledge of English, Hindi, or Kannada is an advantage.
