Maintain food presentation, portion control, and timely replenishment during service.
Ensure all food is served according to quality, hygiene, and temperature standards.
Assist chefs during meal service and coordinate with the kitchen for smooth operations.
Clear used crockery, cutlery, trays, and tables promptly after service.
Clean and sanitize dining areas, service equipment, buffet counters, and workstations.
Follow Food Safety Management System (FSMS), HACCP, FSSAI, and company hygiene standards.
Ensure proper handling and storage of crockery, cutlery, glassware, and service equipment.
Report any food quality issues, shortages, equipment damage, or customer complaints to the Supervisor.
Maintain personal grooming, clean uniform, and professional behavior at all times.
Support catering operations during meetings, conferences, special events, and outdoor food service.
Assist in loading, unloading, and arranging food service items when required at client locations.
Minimize food wastage and ensure responsible use of company resources.
Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean and hazard-free work environment.
Perform additional operational duties assigned by the Supervisor or Operations Team.
