Qualification: SSLC/HSC/Hotel Management/Diploma/Graduate
Duties and Responsibilities:
Basic Duties & Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
Take orders and ensure accurate billing
Prepare and serve food as per brand standards
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the store and kitchen area
Follow food safety guidelines at all times
Support team members during peak hours
Handle basic customer queries and provide quick resolutions
Assist in stock handling and replenishment
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Customer service, food preparation, and cleaning skills
Strong time management and customer handling abilities
Positive attitude with a commitment to customer satisfaction
Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
bility to work effectively in a team environment
Self-starter with a proactive approach
Basic knowledge or experience in food handling/customer service is an advantage
Minimum 6 months of experience in the food & beverage industry preferred
(freshers can also apply)
Additional Requirements:
Should be comfortable handling and serving meat products (pork, beef, chicken)
Must maintain a clean-shaven and well-groomed appearance
Shift Details:
10-hour rotational shift between 10:00 AM to 5:00 AM
Rotational weekly off
