The Steward is responsible for providing courteous, prompt, and efficient service to guests, ensuring a pleasant dining experience while maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and service standards.
Welcome and greet guests in a polite and friendly manner
Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen/bar
Serve food and beverages as per service standards
Ensure proper table setup and clearing before and after service
Maintain cleanliness of dining area, service stations, cutlery, and crockery
Handle guest queries and basic complaints professionally
Assist in billing and payment collection when required
Follow hygiene, safety, and company SOPs at all times
Support team members during peak hours
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Customer-oriented approach
Team player with positive attitude
Ability to work under pressure
Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th pass
Experience: 0–2 years in F&B service (Freshers can apply)
Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays
Shift-based working
Standing for long hours
