Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹16,000 per month, depending on experience

Job Summary

We are looking for a polite, energetic, and customer-focused Waiter to join our restaurant team. The candidate will be responsible for providing excellent table service, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a positive dining experience for guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests in a polite and professional manner.

• Present menus and explain food and beverage items to customers.

• Take accurate food and beverage orders.

• Coordinate with the kitchen and bar for timely service.

• Serve food and beverages according to restaurant standards.

• Check guest satisfaction during meals and respond to requests promptly.

• Clear and reset tables efficiently.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the dining area.

• Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.

• Inform guests about special dishes, promotions, and menu items.

• Prepare and maintain service stations before and during operations.

• Coordinate with the Captain and Restaurant Manager for smooth service.

• Follow all restaurant hygiene, safety, and service standards.

• Assist with opening and closing duties as required.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Waiter/Steward is preferred but freshers can also apply.

• Good communication and customer-service skills.

• Pleasant personality and professional appearance.

• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

• Good teamwork and coordination skills.

• Willingness to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays.

• Physically fit and able to stand for long working hours.
