Food & Beverage Guest Service Associate (F&B GSA)

Job Purpose:

The F&B Guest Service Associate is responsible for delivering excellent food and beverage service to guests, ensuring a pleasant dining experience in line with Espire Hospitality’s service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests in a courteous and professional manner

• Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen/bar

• Serve food and beverages as per prescribed service standards

• Ensure proper table setup before service and clear tables promptly after service

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of service areas at all times

• Ensure guest satisfaction by responding promptly to guest requests and concerns

• Upsell menu items and promote specials to enhance guest experience and revenue

• Handle billing and payment processes accurately

• Follow hotel policies related to service, safety, hygiene, and grooming standards

• Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for smooth service operations

• Report any guest complaints or operational issues to the supervisor immediately

• Assist in opening and closing duties of the outlet

• Maintain stock levels and inform supervisors of shortages

• Basic knowledge of food & beverage service etiquette

• Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum qualification: 10+2 / Diploma in Hotel Management preferred

• 1–3 years of experience in F&B service within a hotel or hospitality environment

• Freshers with relevant hotel management training may also be considered

Grooming & Conduct:

• Maintain professional grooming and hygiene as per Espire Hospitality standards

• Adhere to all company policies, SOPs, and service guidelines
