Job Title: Steward / F&B Service Associate

Job Summary:
The Steward is responsible for delivering efficient and courteous food and beverage service to guests, ensuring a high standard of hospitality and guest satisfaction in restaurants, banquets, and in-room dining.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests warmly and assist them with seating
Present menus, take orders accurately, and communicate with kitchen staff
Serve food and beverages as per service standards
Ensure proper table setup, cleanliness, and hygiene at all times
Clear tables promptly and reset for next guests
Handle guest queries and requests in a professional manner
Coordinate with kitchen and bar for smooth service flow
Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and daily specials
Follow SOPs for billing, order punching, and payments (if applicable)
Adhere to hygiene, grooming, and safety standards
Key Requirements:
Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Hotel Management diploma preferred
1–3 years of experience in F&B service (hotel/restaurant preferred)
Basic knowledge of food & beverage service standards
Good communication skills (Hindi/English)
Customer-focused with a pleasant personality
Ability to work in shifts and under pressure
