Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers warmly and take orders accurately
Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems and handle cash/card payments
Prepare and serve food and beverages as per company standards
Maintain cleanliness of dining area, kitchen, and workstations
Follow food safety and hygiene guidelines
Restock supplies and ingredients when needed

Handle customer queries and resolve basic complaints politely
