Reporting To: Captain / Assistant Restaurant Manager

JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a confident, well-groomed and guest-focused Steward to be a part of our premium pure-vegetarian fine-dining restaurant. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of restaurant service, menu knowledge and Silver Service, along with decent English communication skills and the confidence to interact with premium clientele.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide professional and attentive table service as per fine-dining standards.

• Have thorough knowledge of the menu, ingredients, preparation methods and dietary requirements.

• Perform Silver Service and other fine-dining service techniques as per SOPs.

• Take accurate orders and coordinate with the kitchen and service team for timely delivery.

• Confidently explain dishes and assist guests with menu-related queries and recommendations.

• Maintain proper table setting, clearing and service etiquette throughout the guest experience.

• Anticipate guest requirements and provide personalized service rather than simply delivering food to the table.

• Handle guest requests and queries with confidence, courtesy and professionalism.

• Maintain high standards of grooming, hygiene and presentation at all times.

• Coordinate with Captains, GREs and the kitchen team to ensure smooth and seamless service.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

• 1-3 years of relevant experience in restaurant/hospitality service.

• Preference will be given to candidates with experience in fine-dining restaurants, premium restaurants or hotels.

• Candidates with a strong service background will be preferred.

• Good knowledge of Silver Service and fine-dining service standards.

• Good menu knowledge and ability to confidently explain dishes to guests.

• Decent English communication skills and confidence in guest interaction are required.

• Well-groomed, courteous and presentable personality.

• Willingness to work in rotational shifts, weekends and public holidays.

COMPENSATION & INTERVIEW PROCESS

1. Salary: As per experience and suitability; finalized during the physical interview with the Restaurant Manager.

2. Interview Mode: Face-to-face / Physical Interview only.
