Job Summary:
A Restaurant Waiter is responsible for providing excellent customer service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience for guests.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner
Present menus and explain items, specials, or promotions
Take accurate food and beverage orders
Serve food and drinks promptly and correctly
Check on customers to ensure satisfaction during their meal
Handle customer requests and complaints efficiently
Coordinate with kitchen and cashier for smooth service
Clear tables and maintain cleanliness of the dining area
Prepare tables for new guests (set up cutlery, napkins, etc.)
Follow hygiene and safety standards
