Key Responsibilities
Wash dishes, glassware, cutlery, and kitchen utensils.
Maintain cleanliness of kitchen floors, walls, and workstations.
Ensure proper cleaning and storage of kitchen equipment.
Assist chefs and kitchen staff in maintaining an organized kitchen.
Remove garbage and waste from kitchen areas following hotel procedures.
Ensure compliance with hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards.
Support the kitchen team during busy service hours.
Refill cleaning supplies and maintain stewarding equipment.
Requirements
Basic knowledge of kitchen hygiene and sanitation.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Physically fit and able to stand for long hours.
Good teamwork and communication skills.
Prior experience in hotels, restaurants, or catering (preferred but not mandatory).
Qualifications
Minimum education: High school / 10th pass (preferred).
Basic understanding of cleanliness and safety standards.
Working Conditions
Flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Work environment may involve heat, humidity, and standing for long periods.
