We are hiring UT Staff (Utility Boy) for kitchen operations. The role involves maintaining cleanliness, supporting chefs, handling dishwashing, and ensuring smooth back-end kitchen functioning.
Key Responsibilities
Washing utensils, crockery, cutlery, and kitchen equipment
Maintaining kitchen hygiene and cleanliness as per food safety standards
Cleaning floors, storage areas, and workstations
Assisting chefs and kitchen staff in basic preparation tasks
Managing waste disposal and garbage segregation
Supporting in receiving and organizing kitchen supplies
Ensuring proper storage of cleaning materials and equipment
Minimum education: 8th / 10th pass
Prior experience in hotel/restaurant kitchen preferred
Physically fit and able to work in shifts
Basic understanding of hygiene and cleanliness standards
Hardworking and disciplined
Duty Hours: As per shift schedule
Weekly Off: As per company policy
Immediate joiners preferred
