Job Summary

We are looking for a courteous, energetic, and customer-focused Steward to provide exceptional dining service and ensure a pleasant guest experience. The ideal candidate should be well-groomed, have excellent communication skills, and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and seat guests in a warm and professional manner.

• Present menus and explain food and beverage offerings.

• Take guest orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen.

• Serve food and beverages according to company service standards.

• Ensure guest satisfaction by responding promptly to requests and resolving concerns.

• Clear and reset tables efficiently after guests leave.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the dining area, service stations, and equipment.

• Coordinate with the kitchen and bar to ensure timely service.

• Recommend menu items, daily specials, and beverages to increase sales.

• Process guest bills and handle payments accurately using the POS system.

• Follow all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.

• Assist in restaurant opening and closing duties.

• Attend daily briefings and follow all company SOPs.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: 10+2 (Higher Secondary).

• Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management is preferred but not mandatory.

Experience

• 1–3 years of experience as a Steward, Waiter, or Food & Beverage Service Associate in a restaurant, hotel, café, or fine-dining establishment.

• Freshers with hospitality training may also apply.

Salary & Benefits
