Role Summary:
The Shift Manager is responsible for leading restaurant operations during assigned shifts, looking after team performance, food quality, and guest satisfaction while maintaining Seoul Dak brand standards
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Manage shift operations including kitchen coordination, delivery flow
2. Schedule shift timings and responsibilities to team members
3. Ensure fast, friendly and accurate service while maintaining hygiene and cleanliness standards
4. Resolve customer complaints and maintain Seoul Dak’s identity and purpose
5. Support inventory management and assist in stock ordering when required.
6. Train, motivate, and coach team members to achieve performance goals.
7. Prepare shift reports and communicate operational updates to management.
Skills and Qualifications:
· Minimum education – 12th pass
· Prior experience in QSR, hospitality, or retail operations (1–3 years preferred).
· Strong leadership and team management abilities.
· Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
· Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Familiarity with POS systems and basic reporting tools is a plus.
