Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Stewards/Waiters to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent guest service, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience for all guests.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome guests warmly and assist them with seating.
Present menus and explain food and beverage offerings.
Take customer orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen.
Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience.
Maintain cleanliness and proper setup of tables and service areas.
Clear tables and prepare them for new guests.
Handle guest requests and resolve basic concerns courteously.
Follow hygiene, safety, and restaurant service standards.
Support team members during busy service hours.
Requirements
0–3 years of experience in a restaurant, café, hotel, or hospitality environment.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Well-groomed appearance and professional behavior.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Basic knowledge of food and beverage service is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
Hospitality training or relevant certification is an advantage.
Experience in fine dining or casual dining restaurants preferred.
