Service Operations
Serve food and beverages as per standard service sequence
Ensure proper table setup (cutlery, crockery, glassware)
Maintain cleanliness of tables and service areas
Coordinate with kitchen and bar for timely service
Sales & Upselling
Suggest add-ons, combos, and specials to increase sales
Promote high-margin items and beverages
Billing & Payments
Present bills to guests
Handle cash, card, or digital payments (if required)
Skills Required
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of menu items and ingredients
Customer handling and problem-solving ability
Teamwork and coordination
Basic English/Hindi speaking skills (additional languages are a plus)
