We are looking for a polite and responsible Restaurant Server to provide excellent customer service to our guests. The server will take food and beverage orders, serve meals, and ensure customers have a pleasant dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers politely and guide them to their table.
Present menu and explain dishes, specials, and offers to guests.
Take accurate food and beverage orders from customers.
Serve food and drinks in a professional and timely manner.
Ensure tables are clean and properly arranged before and after service.
Check with customers during their meal to ensure satisfaction.
Coordinate with kitchen staff for order preparation and delivery.
Handle customer requests or complaints politely and inform the manager if needed.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the service area.
