Core Responsibilities
Guest Experience & Service Excellence
Deliver warm, personalized, and professional fine dining service
Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of vegetarian cuisine, ingredients, preparation methods, and allergen awareness
Provide expert recommendations and confidently upsell specialty dishes and beverages
Execute advanced service standards including table setting, course sequencing, wine service, and silver service (where applicable)
Handle guest feedback and resolve concerns promptly with professionalism
Build strong guest relationships to encourage repeat business
Operational & Supervisory Responsibilities
Work closely with the Restaurant Manager to ensure smooth daily operations
Supervise and guide training staff to maintain high service standards
Coordinate with kitchen and other departments for seamless service flow
Oversee floor operations during peak hours ensuring efficiency and guest satisfaction
Assist in planning and executing special events and functions
Administrative & Inventory Management
Manage inventory, stock control, and prepare indentations as required
Monitor and maintain restaurant hygiene, quality, and brand standards
Prepare timely operational and performance reports
Ensure accurate order processing through POS systems
