About the Role
HANA – The Japanese Kitchen is looking for a courteous, professional, and customer-focused female waiter to join our restaurant team. The ideal candidate should have a positive attitude, good communication skills, and a willingness to learn about Japanese cuisine and hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests warmly and provide professional customer service.
- Present menus, explain dishes, and assist guests with their orders.
- Take orders accurately and coordinate with the kitchen team.
- Serve food and beverages in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area.
- Ensure a pleasant dining experience for all guests.
- Handle customer queries politely and assist with special requests.
- Follow restaurant service standards and hygiene guidelines.
Eligibility & Requirements
- Female candidates who are comfortable working in Gurugram.
- Freshers are welcome; prior restaurant experience is not mandatory.
- Professional, presentable, and courteous personality.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of customer service and hospitality is an advantage.
- Willingness to learn about Japanese cuisine and restaurant service.
- Ability to work collaboratively with the restaurant team.
- Candidates from North India are preferred.
