Job Title: Team Member / Crew Member / Customer Service Associate

Job Overview:

We are looking for enthusiastic and energetic Team Members to join our growing QSR burger outlet. The ideal candidate should have a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and passion for customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in a friendly manner

Take customer orders accurately and efficiently

Prepare and serve food items as per company standards

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene at the workstation

Handle billing and payments (if required)

Ensure timely service and customer satisfaction

Follow company policies and operational guidelines

Requirements:

Fresher candidates are welcome

Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th pass

Good communication skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
