Job Title: Food Service Team Member
As a Food Service Team Member at Burger King, I am responsible for delivering excellent customer service while ensuring smooth daily restaurant operations. My role includes taking customer orders accurately, preparing food items as per company standards, and maintaining cleanliness and hygiene across the restaurant.
I actively support team operations by coordinating with kitchen and front counter staff to ensure timely service and high-quality food delivery. I handle cash and digital transactions efficiently, follow food safety and hygiene protocols, and ensure compliance with company policies.
Additionally, I focus on enhancing the guest experience by maintaining a friendly attitude, resolving customer concerns promptly, and contributing to achieving store sales targets and performance metrics such as service time, order accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
This role requires strong teamwork, communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high service standards.
