Karma Sheesha & Restaurant, Chembur, is hiring 3 full-time Stewards / Floor Staff.
Salary: Rs 15,000–18,000 per month, based on relevant experience and practical skills. Staff meals provided. Immediate joiners preferred.
Two shifts available (10 hours each): Shift 1: 2:00 PM to 12:00 midnight. Shift 2: 6:00 PM to 4:00 AM the next day. Each employee works one assigned 10-hour shift, confirmed during hiring. Current restaurant hours: 2:00 PM–4:00 AM. From November 2026, restaurant hours will be 12:00 noon–4:00 AM; the early shift roster will be adjusted accordingly and communicated during hiring. Fewer staff are scheduled in the afternoon, with more coverage in the evening and late night.
Responsibilities: Welcome guests, explain menu items, take accurate orders, serve food and beverages, coordinate with the kitchen, set and clear tables, and maintain hygiene and courteous service.
Restaurant service experience of at least 6 months preferred. All genders and education levels welcome. Selection includes an in-person interview and practical trial.
