Job Summary
The Team Member is responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience by ensuring high standards of food quality, hygiene, customer service, and operational efficiency. The role involves food preparation, order taking, billing, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting day-to-day restaurant operations while adhering to Wow! Momo's Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service
Welcome guests with a friendly and positive attitude.
Assist customers in selecting menu items and provide product recommendations.
Take customer orders accurately and process payments through the POS system.
Ensure timely order preparation and delivery.
Resolve basic customer queries and escalate concerns to the Shift Manager when required.
Food Preparation & Service
Prepare and assemble menu items as per Wow! Momo recipes and quality standards.
Ensure proper portion control and presentation.
Monitor food quality before serving.
Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
Store Operations
Maintain cleanliness of dining, kitchen, and service areas.
Ensure proper stocking of ingredients, packaging materials, and consumables.
Assist in opening and closing store activities.
Support inventory handling and minimize wastage.
Hygiene & Safety
Adhere to all food safety, personal hygiene, and sanitation standards.
Wear the prescribed uniform and maintain proper grooming.
Follow all health and safety guidelines during operations.
Teamwork
Work collaboratively with fellow team members and managers.
Support colleagues during peak business hours.
Participate in daily briefings and training sessions.
Maintain a positive and professional work environment.
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum qualification: 10th Pass / 12th Pass (Higher qualification is an added advantage).
Prior experience in the QSR, restaurant, hospitality, or retail industry is preferred but not mandatory.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
