💼Experience: 3 to 6 years

Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented team member to support our day-to-day business operations. This role requires strong multitasking abilities, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to maintaining efficiency and professionalism across tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide timely and courteous customer support, ensuring all client inquiries, feedback, and concerns are addressed efficiently and with a positive outcome.

Perform accurate data entry tasks, maintaining digital records of transactions, orders, and inventory logs.

Contribute to employer branding by creating a welcoming and professional atmosphere for both internal teams and external visitors.

Manage order processing and documentation for bulk requirements, events, or partner engagements.

Support the coordination and execution of inbound and outbound material handling; ensure adherence to inventory management best practices such as FIFO (First In, First Out).

Handle cash transactions responsibly, including end-of-day reconciliation and secure deposit procedures.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace to ensure a hygienic and productive environment.

Assist in the implementation of workplace safety and compliance procedures.

Ensure punctual attendance and full participation throughout scheduled shifts.

Maintain accurate stock levels and support procurement planning by reporting low inventory items.

Greet and engage visitors and clients with professionalism and enthusiasm.

Preferred Skills:

Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and data entry skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple responsibilities.

A team-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering a positive customer and employee experience.
