Job Description – Outlet Manager (Ice Cream Parlour & Café)

Job Title: Outlet Manager

Location: Jaipur (C-Scheme) (update if needed)

Department: Operations / F&B

Reports To: Operations Manager / Owner

Job Summary

The Outlet Manager will be responsible for managing the overall operations of the ice cream parlour and café, ensuring high-quality service, maintaining hygiene standards, handling staff, and driving sales growth. The role includes managing daily operations, customer experience, inventory, and catering orders.

Key Responsibilities

1. Operations Management

Oversee daily outlet operations and ensure smooth functioning

Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards

Ensure proper opening and closing procedures

2. Team Management

Supervise and manage staff including baristas and service team

Prepare duty rosters and manage attendance

Train staff on SOPs and customer service standards

3. Customer Service

Ensure excellent customer experience

Handle customer complaints professionally

Maintain a welcoming and friendly environment

4. Sales & Business Development

Achieve daily and monthly sales targets

Promote products, combos, and seasonal offers

Monitor performance and suggest improvements

5. Inventory & Vendor Management

Manage stock of ice creams, beverages, and supplies

Coordinate with vendors for timely procurement

Control wastage and maintain inventory records

6. Catering & Events

Manage bulk and catering orders for parties and events

Coordinate with clients for requirements and delivery timelines

Arrange live counters/setups and ensure smooth execution

Maintain product quality and temperature during service

7. Reporting & Cash Handling

Maintain daily sales and expense reports

Ensure billing accuracy and proper cash handling

Share reports with management regularly

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree (preferred)

2–5 years of experience in café, QSR, or ice cream parlour operations
