Job Description – Restaurant Manager

Location: Pune Outlet

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Pune outlet. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring excellent guest experience, managing team performance, maintaining operational standards, and achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities

·       Manage day-to-day restaurant operations efficiently.

·       Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction.

·       Supervise and coordinate front office, BOH& and service staff.

·       Handle staff scheduling, attendance, grooming, and discipline.

·       Monitor food quality, hygiene, cleanliness, and SOP compliance in all areas of operation.

·       Coordinate with kitchen and service teams for smooth operations.

·       Manage inventory, stock control, and vendor coordination & Purchase software.

·       Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure quick resolution.

·       Drive sales targets and support promotional activities.

·       Prepare daily sales reports and operational updates.

·       Train and mentor staff to improve productivity and service quality.

·       Maintain compliance with company policies and safety standards.

·       Manage Budget and P&L with strict adherence to cost and operational Budgets.

·       Hiring and training  and retaining Staff

Required Skills & Qualifications

·       Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hotel Management or related field preferred.

·       Minimum 3–5 years of experience in restaurant operations.

·       Strong leadership and team management skills.

·       Excellent communication and customer handling abilities.

·       Ability to work under pressure and manage peak-hour operations.

·       Knowledge of restaurant POS systems and reporting.

·       Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.

·       Sound understanding of Budget and P&L, Inventory Management.

·       Hiring and training skills

·       Experience in SOP oriented outlets and remote operations.
