Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and energetic Restaurant Manager with at least 2 years of QSR experience to manage daily restaurant operations, lead the team, maintain service standards, and achieve sales and profitability targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day restaurant operations and ensure smooth functioning of the outlet.

• Lead, train, motivate, and manage restaurant staff.

• Ensure excellent customer service and quick order turnaround.

• Monitor food quality, hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards.

• Manage inventory, stock levels, wastage, and food costs.

• Handle cash management, billing, daily sales reports, and outlet documentation.

• Achieve sales, revenue, and profitability targets.

• Prepare staff schedules and manage attendance and shift allocation.

• Resolve customer complaints professionally and promptly.

• Ensure compliance with company SOPs and QSR standards.

• Monitor operational costs and minimize wastage.

• Coordinate with the kitchen and front-of-house teams for efficient service.

• Conduct daily opening and closing procedures.

• Report outlet performance, operational issues, and staff requirements to senior management.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the QSR/Restaurant industry.

• Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager, Assistant Manager, Shift Manager, or similar role.

• Strong leadership and team-management skills.

• Good communication and customer-service skills.

• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, inventory, and restaurant operations.

• Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
