Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced, responsible, and result-oriented Cloud Kitchen Manager to manage daily kitchen operations, supervise staff, maintain food quality, and ensure timely order preparation and dispatch. The ideal candidate should have strong operational management skills, knowledge of food delivery platforms, and the ability to maintain smooth kitchen operations during peak hours

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the cloud kitchen.

• Supervise kitchen staff, chefs, cooks, helpers, and packing personnel.

• Ensure timely preparation, packaging, and dispatch of online food orders.

• Monitor orders received through Zomato, Swiggy, and other food delivery platforms.

• Maintain food quality, taste, portion control, and presentation standards.

• Monitor inventory, raw materials, stock levels, and kitchen supplies.

• Minimize food wastage and control operational costs.

• Ensure proper hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety practices.

• Maintain records of inventory, daily sales, wastage, and kitchen expenses.

• Coordinate with delivery partners to ensure smooth order handovers.

• Handle customer complaints related to food quality or order discrepancies.

• Prepare staff schedules, manage attendance, and allocate daily responsibilities.

• Monitor kitchen performance and take corrective action to improve efficiency.

• Ensure compliance with applicable food safety standards and FSSAI requirements.
  

Candidate Requirements

• Previous experience managing a cloud kitchen, restaurant kitchen, QSR, or food delivery business.

• Good understanding of Zomato and Swiggy restaurant partner operations.

• Strong team management and problem-solving skills.

• Knowledge of inventory management, food costing, and wastage control.

• Ability to manage multiple orders during peak business hours.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Responsible, disciplined, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.

• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with order management systems will be preferred.
  

Salary & Benefits

Salary: 15000 to 22000

12 Hours Shift with 2 Offs Monthly

Experience: Relevant experience in cloud kitchen or restaurant operations preferred.
Job Type: Full-time, On-site
