Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Restaurant Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations, ensure excellent guest satisfaction, manage staff, control costs, and achieve business targets. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, communication, and operational management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the restaurant's daily operations and ensure smooth functioning of all departments.

• Supervise and lead the service, kitchen, bar, and housekeeping teams.

• Ensure excellent customer service and handle guest complaints professionally.

• Monitor sales, revenue, food costs, beverage costs, and operational expenses.

• Ensure proper staff scheduling, attendance, grooming, discipline, and performance.

• Maintain food safety, hygiene, sanitation, and restaurant service standards.

• Monitor inventory, stock consumption, wastage, and operational losses.

• Ensure proper implementation of SOPs, billing procedures, KOT systems, and cash-handling policies.

• Coordinate with HR, Accounts, Purchase, and Kitchen departments.

• Drive sales through upselling, promotions, guest engagement, and repeat business.

• Conduct regular team briefings and training sessions.

• Prepare daily sales reports, operational reports, and other management updates.

• Ensure smooth execution of parties, corporate events, and special functions.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in restaurant or hospitality operations, preferably in a managerial role.

• Diploma or degree in Hotel Management preferred.

• Strong leadership and team-management skills.

• Good knowledge of restaurant operations, food and beverage service, and cost control.

• Experience in handling guest complaints, staff issues, and business targets.

• Good communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

• Proficiency in POS systems, billing, inventory management, and daily reporting.

• Strong focus on discipline, service quality, hygiene, and profitability.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Achievement of sales and revenue targets.

• Guest satisfaction and customer feedback.

• Food and beverage cost control.

• Reduction in wastage and operational losses.

• Staff productivity, attendance, and retention.

• Compliance with SOPs, hygiene, and service standards.
