Job Title: Restaurant Executive (Kitchen, Billing & Customer Service) Cafe Name: The Grind Cafe Location: Kavuri Hills, Hyderabad Experience: Freshers welcome | 0–2 years Job Overview: The Grind Cafe is looking for enthusiastic, well-spoken individuals who are keen to learn and passionate about cooking, service, and hospitality. This is a combined role offering hands-on exposure to kitchen operations, billing, and customer interaction in a modern café environment. Key Responsibilities: Kitchen Operations ● Assist in food preparation and basic cooking as per café standards ● Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety norms Billing & POS ● Handle POS billing accurately ● Manage cash, UPI, and card transactions Customer Service ● Greet customers warmly and communicate confidently in English ● Take orders, explain menu items, and suggest recommendations ● Ensure a pleasant customer experience Overall Café Operations ● Coordinate between kitchen and counter ● Follow SOPs for quality, service, and speed Desired Candidate Profile: ● Keen to learn with a positive attitude ● Good people skills and customer-friendly nature ● Basic English communication skills (mandatory) ● Willingness to multitask and work in shifts Education: ● Minimum 10th / 12th pass ● Hospitality background is a plus (not mandatory) Compensation & Benefits: ● Salary: ₹15,000 per month ● Food: Provided by the café ● Accommodation: Not provided ● Accommodation Allowance: ₹2,000 per month What We Offer: ● On-the-job training and skill development ● Growth opportunities within The Grind Cafe & group outlets ● Professional and supportive work environment ●
