Salary: 12k to 20k per month
We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Restaurant Captain to supervise daily restaurant operations and ensure exceptional guest service. The ideal candidate will lead the service team, maintain service standards, and create a welcoming dining experience for all guests.
Supervise and coordinate the activities of waiters and stewards.
Ensure smooth day-to-day restaurant operations.
Welcome and assist guests in a professional and friendly manner.
Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly.
Train and guide service staff on SOPs and service standards.
Monitor table setup, cleanliness, and overall presentation.
Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for efficient service flow.
Upsell menu items and promote special offers.
Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and company policies.
Prepare daily reports and maintain shift records.
Proven experience as a Restaurant Captain / Head Waiter / Senior Steward.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of food & beverage service standards.
Ability to handle high-pressure service environments.
Basic computer knowledge (POS systems).
Flexible to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
