Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Captain to lead the service team and ensure an exceptional dining experience for guests. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and hands-on experience in restaurant operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily floor operations.
Lead and manage stewards and service staff during shifts.
Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction.
Handle guest complaints professionally and resolve issues promptly.
Assist in table allocation and reservation management.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards as per company policies.
Monitor staff grooming and discipline.
Train new team members on service standards and SOPs.
Coordinate with kitchen staff for smooth service flow.
Upsell menu items and promote ongoing offers.
Requirements:
Minimum 0–3 years of experience in a similar role.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Good communication skills (English & Hindi preferred).
Knowledge of POS systems.
Ability to work in rotational shifts.
