🎯 Your Role

As a Captain, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth restaurant operations, leading the service team, and creating memorable dining experiences for our guests.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Lead, guide, and supervise servers, stewards, and hosts

• Manage table allocations, seating, and overall service flow

• Ensure prompt, professional, and personalized guest service

• Handle guest feedback and resolve concerns effectively

• Assist in wine and beverage service

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area

• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food service

• Support restaurant events, promotions, and special occasions

• Perform opening and closing duties as required

✅ What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in restaurant service (Captain / Senior Steward / Supervisor)

• Strong leadership and team management skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

• Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving skills

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

💰 Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month
