Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Captain to lead our front-of-house team at LUPA. The Captain will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences by overseeing daily operations, maintaining service standards, and training staff. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, a deep understanding of fine dining, and strong leadership abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise the service team, ensuring smooth operations during shifts.
Uphold LUPA’s service standards and ensure all guests have a premium dining experience.
Coordinate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely delivery of food and beverages.
Train, mentor, and motivate junior staff to deliver exceptional service.
Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally.
Assist in managing inventory and monitoring supplies for efficient service.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
Work closely with the Managers to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
Qualifications:
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a fine dining or luxury hospitality setting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Knowledge of European cuisine and wines is a plus.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
